my background:

I graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison, with a B.S. Degree in Microbiology. 

After graduation, I landed a job as the Quality Control Supervisor for a Low Acid/Acidified Canned Foods Manufacturer in Oconomowoc, WI, who then promoted me to Director of Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance. 

Later, in 2014, I decided to set up my own company (then named DIRECT SQF Consulting LLC ), providing SQF Implementation Consulting and Project Assistance for many food manufacturers in various food sectors.  

In 2019, I expanded my services, changed my business name to Blue Compass Compliance LLC, and developed a new pricing structure.  The experience and knowledge that I have gained over the past 5 years has been rewarding and I hope that I can put my expertise to work for you.
